@visicula The game is purposely portraying a caricature of the mentality that men had back in the day just like "Scarface" portrayed the crime, greed, and violence of the Miami cocaine fiasco. I think we should be able to make games that are portraying a portion of our society and not be subject to the idea it influences us in a solely harmful way just like TV and Movies.
The game sounds interesting enough but the fact it's purposefully trying to foster that behavior makes it "less" right off the bat. DayZ was so interesting because it fostered that behavior very surprisingly. Everyone is just trying to survive and as you play you become increasingly paranoid of every passerby because of your past experiences. Also you hit that point when you're scrounging and you find another person and you kill him just for the chance of beans. That's a game where you find your darkside and it's all done without bashing that idea over your head.
@Darkangel2154 Imagine if you had good credit and someone got a hold of your identity and reputation. Now they could possibly just borrow it for a time and make your credit better but its way more likely they're going to trash it even if they were trying to make your credit better. It's the same thing here. If the film sucks or somehow gets in the media for being racist (just an example) it makes a problem for the whole series and the company associated with it.
