@rikku45: Woah, it's as if people have different perspectives and opinions on things.

Seems a bit harsh... I mean I can understand that the mechanics are outdated and the game probably hasn't aged well if they haven't refined anything other than polishing up the graphics a bit. But to complain about it being too hard/punishing is pretty laughable. Sure, it can be pretty tough for a kid's game but there's really nothing you have to do in order to complete the game that's too difficult. I think this could be a fun replay for those who enjoyed the original. One might also enjoy the game if they don't have a stick up their ass like this reviewer clearly did.

Huh, a game in which characters make culturally insensitive remarks that is set in a time when cultural insensitivity was at a very high point? And it's moreof a problem now than it was 10 years ago? Well, I guess 10 years ago reviewers on this site didn't dedicate a large portion of their reviews to discuss what offended them in the game.

Anyway, does seem like a pretty lazy remaster, but I'll probably use it as an excuse to play the game again after so many years.

Lol, Borderlands is one of the most progressive mainstream game series out there with one of the most diverse cast of characters I've ever seen. And like half of them are gay (only a slight exaggeration). But because they didn't hammerfist a message down our throats with this DLC, they're the bad guys now? It's not like they are glorifying the bigotry. Is the main villain being the one with these views and (presumably) being defeated in the end not good enough?

@phoenix1289: My thoughts exactly. Technically it's a correct use of the word given that the game does not currently have a specified release window. But, like you said, in the context of delaying a video game one would think that development of the game has been halted, which obviously isn't the case.

@RogerioFM: Yeah, I don't really get it. I guess I can see how it can be a bit confusing to someone not familiar with any of the source material. Still, if that's the main thing being bashed then I think this show has a good future - especially now that the timeline of the main characters have converged.

I was pretty much brainwashed as a kid into believing that weed was a really bad drug comparable to every other illegal substance. Then I later come to learn that it's mostly harmless... I mean, don't overdo it, and smoking anything isn't "good" for you. But anyone is better off getting high everyday than drinking everyday. Should just be legalized on the national level already here in the States... it's inevitable anyway.

That's cool, but a different team working on this combined with BioShock Infinite revealing the overall "truth" of the BioShock universe, I must keep my expectations realistic.
