Then the father would have had the right to shoot in self-defense. But he would have to see the gun first, not just assume he's about to pull one out. And the teen wasn't even armed. So now a kid is dead because of a trigger happy asshole; his dimwit daughter didn't help the situation either.
Really, all the dad had to do was ask the kid to leave his house, or just call the police. But nope, he just had to get a hair up his ass and make the worst attempt at preserving the "purity" of his daughter's vagina.
There's a stranger in his daughter's room who then attempted to reach for something after being told not to move. Sounds like the dad had every right to shoot him
Excuse me, but that is just insane. So long as the shooter tells everyone he said "Don't move", post-shooting, he is justified? I'm sure glad you're not in a judicial position.
