And once again, under the patriot act they can spy if it relates to a foreign power, XBox one doesn't relate to a foreign power. Second, our country is not run by politicians, its run by the companies and cooporations that sponsered them. And MS is a hugh, hugh, coorporation that repeatedly sponsers of our government. And third, no the NSA can not take whatever they want. That is where our leaders using the NSA LOVE to blur the thin line of legal and illegal. They can take if it involves a threat thats releated to a foreign power, group, or government. With that in mind, how are the American people related to a foreign threat? How does recording every American email and text stop another government who hates us? Or in this case, how does repeatedly spying on Americans who buy a gaming system, mainly kids, related to our national security?!?!

@bloodynapkin @Qmajinbuu Actually, it's not a conspiracy. It's been proven that MS willing allowed the government to spy on people through Skype, hotmail, and skydive. And skype is a main app on the xbox one.

@minerl99 If anything, MS jaws will drop when the hundreds, if not thousands, of Xbox one orders start getting canceled because people don't want it anymore since it's now know that MS spies on people.

Yeah, good luck with that petition guys. Since its finally been revealed that MS willing cooperated with the government in order to spy on the American people, I doubt many more are going to be signing this since it would involve being spyed on constantly by the camera in the kinect. And MS has the nerve to say they care about their customers privacy when they're been spying on them in all forms. And even if this petition fails, please remember that MS WILL STILL be spying on you through the XBox One because Skype is in all XBox Ones and Skype is one of the programs MS has willing let the government collect and store data from. If I was any of you people who already preordered a XBox One, I would honestly consider canceling that order and getting my money back, unless you want game system that was specifically designed to spy on you at all times....

So if Sony did try to deny the NSA, the NSA would just easily take it anway, for who is going to stop them?? And that, sadly, is the probem..
