@jefferson1964 @Qmajinbuu @Acekidder Just because you don't believe the 3DS is a console doesn't mean your opinion is automatically correct. If you don't believe me, just search the words "handheld console" and see what comes up. That should end any other argument anyone might have.

@jefferson1964 @Qmajinbuu @Acekidder Please use common sense. I specifically said there are two types of consoles, handheld and home. The Xbox 360 and PS3 clearly are home consoles, not hand held.

@Acekidder Ummmmm....yeah they do. "Handheld consoles" says it right in the name. You have consoles that are handheld and can be carried, then you have home consoles, however, both kinds are considered consoles because both do the exact same thing.

I'm sorry, but how is it that the Xbox 360 has been the best selling console for the last 31 months in the U.S., yet for the last 3 months the 3DS has been the top selling system in the U.S.? Does that make any sense to you?

I'm not a paranoid sociopath either, but that still doesn't give the NSA the right to spy on me or anyone else all the time. And they don't need manpower to track every person, that is what they're new spying decives do. If you read those two articles I sent, you would have read that the government is excited and ready to use any and all tech in everyone's house to spy on them. These devices can watch, record, send, and store all forms of information, so manpower isn't really needed to gather or monitor anymore. And then there are automatic license plate readers. Ever hear of it?

Well they're cameras that are placed on top of police cars, bridges, traffic lights, or anything else that is stationary. Originally, the purpose of these devices were to just catch criminals. But the government has admitted they're now using it to record the license plates of the entire population and track everyone wherever they go. And they don't need manpower to do this either because the cameras are everywhere and over time, a profile of everywhere you go and everything you do is built. In some cases this info is held for hours or days, but in most cases it's stored for months and years. In some areas, however, it's stated that this info is never deleted.

I know whenever I say anything it's being monitored. But i'm not going to sit here and be quit like a good little sheep or puppet as the government repeatedly break the law with these programs. If people don't speak up now, they might not be a chance to later, as history tells us. History also tells us if we don't learn from it, we're doomed to repeat it.

When it comes to me comparing sales figures on the PS3 and Wii U, I was merely showing that just because a system isn't selling as good as the Wii did doesn't mean it's doomed. I could use the same example on the Xbox 360. If you compare it's figures to the WiiU at this current period in their life time, the 360 had alittle more sales. But at this period, sales for the Xbox also dropped because of the new systems coming out soon. However, the Xbox still survived and has even taken the title of second place a few times. 360, PS3, either or. I'm merely showing neither of them sold like the wii, yet they're not doomed.

And once again, I will admit the Wii U could be selling better, but just because it's not on fire like the Wii was doesn't mean it won't last. Even though it really needs some games right now, you must also remember that today's economy is alot different from the economy of seven years ago. More people are unemployed, more high paying jobs have been discontinued, and people just aren't buying things like they use too. When it comes to gaming in general, It seems like every other week there is a story on GS about how a game company's yearly earnings are lower then expected because their games just aren't selling like before. There have even been several cases where game companies have either had to fire many of their employees or just close down all together. So for GS to repeatedly talk like the Wii U is doomed is not only premature and foolish, but bias.

How true, but that would still leave pr*cks like you unmonitored. Wait, nevermind, the NSA has got that covered. With their new line of cameras in fridges, washing machines, dryers, ovens, microwaves, clock radios, and game systems, they'll be able to watch everyone wherever they are.

Idiot??? Idiot?!?!

Ok, I usually try to not insult people, but for you I'll make an exception.

Now then, just because the three branches of government say something is legal doesn't make it legal. The constitution, THE SUPREME LAW OF THIS COUNTRY, says whether something is legal or not. Our founding farthers made it so that laws and amendments could be added to the constitution, but only if they didn't erase or destroy any freedoms that were already guaranteed. If any laws were somehow added that hurt freedoms, then our forefarthers say the constitution wins over them because it's THE SUPREME LAW OF THIS COUNTRY! This fact is very easy to understand, so easy that most people learn this in elementary school, you moronic fool!

But for the sake of agrument, lets just forget the constitution. Even then, the spying the NSA is doing on the American people is still illegal! Why do you ask? Well, according to the laws our government put on these programs, the NSA can only spy on people or groups if they're related to a foreign power or government. But that's not what the NSA has been doing, the NSA has been spying on THE ENTIRE AMERICAN PUBLIC! So unless every American citizen is planning to destroy America, or unless every one of us is working with a foreign government, what they're doing is illegal!!! Maybe if you would put your XBox controller down once in awhile and PAY ATTENTION to what is actually happening in the world, you would know this! So instead of insulting people on topics you know very little about, perhaps you should educate yourself! Read a book! Do some research! Look at the facts on both sides of a situation instead of immediately agreeing with the side you THINK is right!

@COPMAN221ISBACK More then likely. MS is working with the government and since their "always online" plan failed, they need some other way to spy on people.

@Oozyrat @COPMAN221ISBACK The NSA's illegal and wide ranged actions were revealed alittle over two months ago and no one has even been charged for the crimes being committed. So just how is this old news???
