How is stating that the xbox one is designed to spy on you a dumb statement?

-Last summer the U.S. government came out and said that it wants to use everyday household objects to start spying on the public nonstop. These devices which will all have cameras, are online 24/7, and can be accessed through the internet(sound familiar?) included microwaves, dishwashers, ovens, fridges, dryers, washing machines, doorbells, even gaming systems

.The CIA wants to spy on you through your TV: Agency director says net-connected gadgets will 'transform' surveillance | Mail Online

Smart appliances could help CIA spy, says Petraeus.

-At the same time, mircosoft had not only been working on the xbox one awhile, but had been working closely with the government for three years and willing cooporated in giving them mass amounts of information and creating new tech. to help them spy.

-Following many rumors and speculations, it's proven that the X-box one must always be online, but microsoft guarantees that it's not for spying and games are just better that way.

- After it was revealed that microsoft had been lying repeatedly and was helping the government earlier this year, they responded by saying they respect their customers privacy and the government forced them to do this. But just why are you going to fund something you're against? That's right, in the 2012 election, microsoft was the second largest contributor to Obama's reelection campaign! So how is it that microsoft claims it didn't want to betray it's customers for the last three years, yet spent a massive amount of money on the person who was "making" them do that last year???

-So after much criticism toward microsoft becaues it's been proven they've spied, lied, and their new system will spy, they finally make it for you don't have to always be online. Yet every Xbox one will still come with a camera that will probably watch you even when you don't want it to, just like all the new "smart appliances" coming out. And if the camera doesn't get you, then skype will. After all, that is one of the data bases microsoft has allowed the government full access to, and it just so happens a new version of skype "specially designed for the X Box one" will be on every system.

@CaveManCobb @Qmajinbuu How true, the camera can't spy on you if it's not plugged in. Remember though, every XBox One will have skype installed into it and skype is one of the data bases microsoft willing allowed the government to have access to. So even without the camera, XBox one can still collect data from you.

I love how you want to constantly insult every chance you get because you know nothing and can do nothing else except call people names like a child.

-Now lets just break this down. Last summer the U.S. government came out and said that it wants to use everyday household objects to start spying on the public nonstop. @2leetchisgod2 @Qmajinbuu Didn't say the government wasn't already spying on people, I said the X-Box One will be used to spy. Just because the government is already spying on a massive scale doesn't give them the right to continue doing it to the point where you can't even go to your fridge without being spied on(Look it up, fridges that have cameras and are designed to spy on you do exist). There is a point where enough is enough

@CaveManCobb It's not going to happen, the X-Box one was designed to spy, and in order to do that it needs a camera which is the kinect

Interesting story, however I did see a misteaks that was repeated constantly. Instead of saying "spying"(that is what the X-Box one does), it kept on saying "kinect". It's no problem though, just simple read this article again and simply replace the word.

@innocent69 @Qmajinbuu Sony fanboy? No I am not. I'm just stating facts. Indeed, this is great news for the 360, for they've been the best selling system in America for awhile now, however it's been for 28 months, not 31. The 360 can't go around claiming it's been the top selling system when sales figures show the 3DS has been outselling it.

I swear, people with your perspective really annoy me. You hear something that is true, yet since you don't like it you want to start calling people names because they're right and you can't prove them wrong or think of anything smarter to say. So childish.

And just to let you know, I own a DS, Wii, Wii U, and 360. I have never bought a PS, PS2, or PS3 in my entire life. So once again, I'm not a sony fanboy, I'm just someone stating facts. If you don't like it, then go cry somewhere else.

@dragonwings5 @Qmajinbuu I'm not questioning why the 360 is slowing down in sales for your right, the reason is because the PS4 and Xboxone are coming out soon. Nor am I questioning why the 3DS is selling so well. What i'm wondering is how GS can come on here and continually say the 360 has been the bests selling system for 31 months straight in the U.S. when that is simply not true, because the 3DS has outsold the 360 in the U.S. for the last three months. I know why they're lying, because they have a favoritism toward Xbox and MS, I'm just wondering how they can repeatedly get away with their bias stories.
