GE has just created new technology that can cram 500gb of data onto 1 DVD. The Blu Ray's max space is 50gb. If the next gen systems will still be using disks I highly doubt Microsoft will pay to use wimpy Blu Ray. Here's the article-
I read about this on Joystiq, but it's not 500GB on a DVD. I think it's some other sort of disc, at least that is what I read from Joystiq lol.
"Experts see micro-holographic players and discs over time have the potential of becoming a low-cost storage alternative to DVDs and Blu-ray discs." Furthermore it looks like you need another player to get it to work. Meaning nextgen consoles would need yet another new disc player.
Zone fo the Enders 2. There's a sequence towards the end where you single handedly take on 5 fully armed and backed battleships... It's amazingly aweseom to see them go down by your hands.
While I am sad to see them go (20 years people) I stopped caring and reading when they redesigned the mag a few years back and dropped actual previews.
[QUOTE="MrHoboX"]Your enjoyment of the film entirely depends on which set of genitals you currently own.dhyce
And if you're under the age of 16.
I saw it because my friends love to see bad movies just for the laughs, I certainly did not enjoy it, nor did any of my girlfriends. I wish I could unsee it, for serious.
Damn, I heard it was a painful film to sit through but that sounds pretty bad.
Im assuming that we're talking about the long awaited adaptation of Battle Angel Alita by James Cameron, in which case please dear god don't let them screw this up. It's the only manga I ever read all the way through or cared about.
