Xbox Live.

It continues to set the standard for online console gaming.

MS is doing a great job with the x360.

XBL is amazing even if it costs money.

NIntendo is the new King of Japan.

Sony has to be scared right now. The PS3 is definitely in 3rd place and looking to remain there for a long time.

The PS3 will get no time to rest as Halo3 is launching this year!:D

Fair point. However, I have never known anyone to import games and I'd bet the percentage of gamers that do is very small.

Look at the big 360 games... GoW, Halo 3, Forza 2, Mass Effect, Alan Wake, etc. They are all first- or second-party games. Microsoft has them locked down so they will never appear on any other console, period. Same thing with Nintendo.

In this era of multiplatform games being the norm rather than the exception, it's more important than ever to lock down those exclusives that will drive the platform. Microsoft and Nintendo understand this. Sony doesn't, and that's why Sony is in big trouble.
