I get protecting kids from games they shouldn't really be playing, but it should be up to the parents to do research on buying games like this, not the government. Gamers in Australia should boycott games that do this or import them if they can.
I would buy more digital games, but they are always either full price or at the last more expensive than finding a brand new copy after a few months. I'd rather have the disc that i can even loan out to friends and takes less HDD space, than to download it (which can take a very long time) and pay more for less versatility.
I could mostly see players reporting others when they are constantly killed by the same guy in CoD, Halo or BF. I do hate players that switch teams all the time and the ones that drop out because they feel like their team isnt going to win.
It looked interesting and could be a lot of fun. I wonder how it's chosen who is who though? It would kinda stink to play a henchman 5x in a row, but maybe playing Batman and Robin would be a lot harder too.
I also wonder what the overall purpose to online is. Do you unlock other things for MP and maybe SP or is it all just for fun? As long as the SP is still the main focus and it's as good as the other games, i'm fine with the addition of a MP element.
I really hope that MS comes out and makes their friend list 2000 or more just because it would fit the pattern. That said i couldnt imagine having even 200 friends. It would make it a chore just to see if my real friends were online and then try to play with them or message them would be terrible.
