Even if they arent in a studio together, they should be able to record audio good enough to make a video. The lag might even make thing more interesting.

I see no reason to own either new console ATM. I would much rather wait until a few AAA games are out and maybe get some sort of deal on it before buying. I think the PS4 will have big benefit of launching before the X1 and the fact that X1 has gotten a ton of bad press since E3 for what they originally wanted to do with the system is nothing like it is now. Not to mention the extra $100 that the system costs.


The X1 will still have the loyal following of many 360 users and i know that some will be swayed to go there simply because they have more friends that play xbox online than PSN. I guess in this one it's far more equal than before, but i'm still PS loyal and dont see myself getting an X1 probably ever.

Forza is pretty much the only xbox game that i'm slightly envious wont ever be on PS. I love GT, but Forza seems to put more a soul and fun into the game and the cars look just a touch better vs GT.

Seems more like it would be compared to Wii's Wii Sports than anything. If it's such a killer app for the Kinect then they should probably bundle it with the console than any other games that show Kinect off poorly.

I'm pretty surprised that a week later and there are still major issues with the online. I'm not sure how Rockstar can be so caught off guard with the online and how many people wanted to get on it. They probably would have been better off waiting an extra week and doing their own stress tests. When other big MP games come out it's expected to have some big problems, but Rockstar knew for 2 weeks how many people have copies of their game and should have expected that if that many people bought the game in the first day, there would be close to that number that would want to play online the first day they could.

I expected issues with GTA Online, but not to the point where you cant even get on for 24hrs. They had 2 weeks to plan the online, but like every other big release of an online component, they always massively underestimate how many people will try to play.


If they had released the online at the same time as the game then it would be totally understandable. Here, i just dont know how they did such a poor job.

If they had released the online the same day as the game or even a few days after, i would totally forgive and understand. However they delayed the online 2 weeks and on a tuesday, is the part that i'm having trouble with. Not even Tuesday night after most people get home from work. They had to know that a huge portion of those that bought the game would want to get online and it seems like they did not prepare at all.

Really it seems like nearly all companies that release huge games with big online component think it's better to have too little than too much capacity. Even GTA IV i remember had a ton of issues for 3 days, but even that was forgivable since R* was pretty new to the next gen and it was available at launch.

Just very disappointed that these companies can not learn from others or even their own mistakes.

Bad precedent to set. It's like Will.i.am suing anyone using "i am" in any sort of way. If it isnt directly associated with something trademarked then there should not be a legal reason to sue. I never would have connected the BWF with Zynga's other properties other than thinking that it was funny that they shared the with friends part.

AAA games already costs so much that it's doubtful they would feel the need to go that far and if they did they would probably need multiple blu ray discs to do it which would be even more crazy.
