Pretty sure it's been confirmed that it will be 2 discs for Xbox and just 1 for PS3. Both require an 8gb install and i think on the Xbox you install the first disc and just play with the second.
It's hard to really know the size from just seeing the map, but just seeing all that country side is almost cause for glee. GTA IV was kinda boring to me and others just because there was no way to do any off roading to challenge ourselves and even just get lost. I could def see a friend and myself just going into the country and seeing if we can out do each other with the off road vehicle of choice.
The city seems huge, but the rest doesnt seem like it's all that much. Still it's going to be way bigger and better than IV and i'm so excited that it's just 6 days away.
From that i'm not seeing a huge leap in phone tech. The camera probably will be very good as the current iPhone is, but the rest is not that amazing. The benefit of 64bit on PC was to use more RAM, so is the iPhone going to have 4+GB? I guess without more details it's hard to make an informed comment. It'll probably sell well, but to me it seems like a big misstep for Apple and lets HTC and Samsung and even Droid have the edge.
There is no reason to risk the name GTA when they can just make a movie that is somewhat GTA like. Why split profits and creative control all for a name? Drive is kinda close to GTA III in a way lol.
Sony sort of did the same with the PSP, so you're not exactly Nostradamus there. I predict within 4yrs that there will be a slimmer cheaper version of the Xbox One and PS4. Don't ask me how i know!
Guess i'll feel better when i shoot the gang members in the face that they were voiced by real gang members. Hopefully the cops work like they did in IV or better and i can call 911 and then get a gang member to start shooting me just as the cops arrive.
