How can you POSSIBLY not know that it is never going to happen EVER?? It's common knowledge and Sony has been broadcasting it since day one and as SolidTY said they said it quite recently.

It was NEVER promised.

It would be a monumental task running Cell architecture on x86, the two are soooo different it would be beyond the hardware in the PS4 even if the software existed.

It competes with PS Now which cost them a fortune something like $350mill or whatever it was and is only just becoming viable. They aren't to toss that out the window without a fight.

China is the real threat, they own almost all debt the USA has, they have grown to be the largest supplier to the USA. If anyone can destroy USA it's China and with the biggest army in the world and growing immensely I can see them as a bigger threat than even the almighty Putin.

The cyber attacks all originated from China, hackers? I doubt it. China is gearing up for something.

Only at the gym to isolate myself and drown out the noise from the equipment and the.. I don't know what you call it, impact noise(?) when on the treadmill. Even then maybe 70% of what I would consider my maximum.

So no... not really.

I do see a problem if people are falsely accused.....but if its just a Klan member being pissed off as a violation of his privacy? **** 'em, wear that white hood with pride you coward. If you're a hateful bigot and have a problem with publicly stating you're such you're nothing but a big giant pussy.

Yeah they are cross-referencing from multiple sources and only public fact information, no mis-information from these guys. The last thing they need is the public to see them as releasing unreliable information.

Phone without a doubt, my work means talking to a lot of people, arranging visits and generally passing information that we can't write down without lots of encryption and passwords. Phones are nice and elegant that way.

I did enjoy Uncharted 2 when it came out, I never played the first one but now can't wait to get onto the second one. I made an agreement to at least get MOST of the trophies but will try to platinum it if I can find the time before moving onto Uncharted 2.

I have definitely noticed the movement is not that good on the first game, especially trying to take cover.

@FrozenLiquid: The truth is there have been a handful of people throughout the years, including most of the "original" Star Citizen developers that left due to various reasons, a lot of which revolve around Chris Roberts's decision making. It's not all been peaches and cream at CIG and to say otherwise kind of proves a person's lack of knowledge of the situation. They suffered some pretty early growing pains. When the scope of the game exploded they suffered a bit more.

I basically write off the first year of development to poor management. They were more focused about staying in the spotlight and making more money than actually managing the project. They've been pretty clear that their development pipeline was a mess for the longest time. Once they realized the scope was beyond anything they thought of they promptly cut off promises of new content. As development continued they straightened out their development pipelines and started getting some serious work done. Sadly most of this work has been back-end stuff to make the CryEngine able to handle the scope of the game. It's not very front-end heavy so it feels like nothing is getting done.

Chris Roberts is a micromanaging perfectionist. Not the greatest for a lot of creative minds to work under. Anybody who really follows Star Citizen's development can see this. So a lot of the complaints against management probably ring with truths.

What's not true is going to be the blatant violations of federal law with the racism and whatnot. What we've got is a bunch of disgruntled ex employees that have been rallied together by Derek Smart to smear CIG. He has a personal vendetta against the game for some reason. It's probably because he's a narcissistic asshole. Another thing that's just not going to be true is how CIG is "out of money" or CR has been taking the crowfunding money for himself. There is no evidence of that at all. That's purely fiction they are using to push their agenda against CIG.

Yeah to begin with I saw that Roberts was basically the only manager in the company, managing every team, every step and every task that was within each step. Isn't he working like 16 hours a day 7 days a week or something? People have been trying to force him to take a day off, I haven't followed the game for the better part of a year at this point(can't get through all the stuff they release in the emails and online).

But like you say it's not this heavenly place to work, you can see it in the video interviews, everyone is working full force on these gigantic projects to try and accomplish the scope that was promised. You can hear it in what they say, not slanderous but more commenting on the overall size and difficulty of the game and how overwhelmed they seem to be with every area of it. Mind you I'm commenting on the videos from when they started really picking up the crowd funding so I'm sure it's all settled down now and become better managed.

I really should start following it a bit more.

My PC is silent ( £180 fan controller and £120 woth of fans! ) and my bothers PS4 is sooo loud I can't stand it!

See I almost went that route, but decided £40 of fans and a few sheets of sound dampening, now it's barely audible in normal usage. Could go your route and get even better reduction but costs too much.

My PS4 isn't too bad, has been pretty quiet but the odd time it goes loud but I wouldn't say it's because the TP is wearing out.
