Microsoft seems intent on continuing to dig its hole. I'm doubly surprised that a Microsoft official is so glib towards its customer base. This is not a good strategy and it always ends badly.
@Lockjaw2000 This is something that really bugs me about XBox live Gold. People can fight and argue all day long about whether it's worth paying the $60 per year for Live Gold for matching services for online games, vs. Sony's free system. But when you have to pay just to watch Netflix-- something you already subscribe to? That's insane. If nothing else, MS should let you bypass the Gold membership to use non-gaming subscriber video services.
@richten71 I agree. I actually like them as a game retailer. Straightforward, to the point, the staff seem to actually know games and be game players. Never really had a complaint. And yes, I like to buy used games there. I'll haz a sad if everything goes into the cloud and the concept of used games goes away. I fear that GameStop will go the way of Blockbuster Video.
