I would suggest, since your stepfather is too ignorant to your feelings about the dog, that maybe you could try to tell him.

I enjoyed the show quite a lot. But I don't much care for a real-life movie that, in my opinion,

probably won't follow the exact same storyline because it isn't marketable enough. But that is just my guess.

I'm not that big a fan of the series though, and I rarely watch it. I don't watch television as much.
