@sexyeyes79 Wow... ok. You don't support Cloud services? To each their own, but everything is a cloud service... to say you dont support cloud service is basically saying you do not support the internet. Do you know what cloud services are? Its a serious question... The days of DVD's and physical media are quickly coming to a close and the ability to have a persistent experience between platforms is an increasing demand in both the consumer and business world. People can now have their entire desktop streamed from any platform and has changed the way the world does business. Gaming aside, cloud services are having just as much of an impact as the internet did in the early 90's.

Game is really fun and challenging, though there are some serious balance changes that need to be made. Mainly with flame trucks and the speed of the German Panthers, kind of ridiculous when the tank is faster than the turn speed / turrets on RU tanks.. I have no problem with the flame trucks, but they need to be more vulnerable to AT gun shots. Right now its rare that even one or two AT gun shots will slow the thing down to give yourself a shot in early game... Either way, I am sure they will get it figured out. CoH 1 had similar issues with American tanks and certain abilities...

@jprspecops @Chrypt22 My point is that they can do a lot more than what they are doing.. maybe 256 player persistent maps with multiple bases and add some objective based points, (ie while keeping the core elements that they are good at. I agree with you in part, but they can add some depth to multiplayer that wasn't possible before...

@SoreBastard If you are going to use a gamepad... probably should stick to consoles unless you're going to exclusively play singleplayer. Now, maybe you are a pariah with a controller... and if so fine. But... there is a reason why there are devices out there that allow use of a mouse a keyboard for consoles. Knowing how good the PC gaming community is... you may have a miserable time online with a controller.

^^ This guy... BF3 fan. What's different? Honestly it looks like an expansion pack. Don't get me wrong, not saying it won't be fun.. but go out on a limb and add some originality. I just watched a gameplay trailer of The Division and that looks epic, traditional core elements surrounded by todays tech. There is no reason why Dice cannot make these maps more dynamic as far as objectives, players, and make it seem like your fighting over something more than point a b or c. Is it just me? We have all this incredible tech and we are stuck on the same game modes from 10 years ago... common Dice.

@snake3rules I might be wrong but it looked to be NPC's mixed in with other players. Those running out of the police station were NPC's I believe and then at then end it looked like they were other players. If this game is half as sweet as it looks then it looks like the CoD and Battlefield franchises have some serious competition.

I'll re-iterate what I said earlier.. How is Microsoft hurting? Nothing is being sold yet and nothing has been confirmed or denied. Just because an exec got fired for shooting his mouth of doesn't mean anything. All of this buzz surrounding the XBOX be it negative or positive talk is taking attention away from Sony and the Playstation. I hardly see that as it negatively affecting Microsoft. People are all fired up over a rumor that probably is only half true.... I bet my paycheck that what is true about the rumor is that if a user wants certain features to work, ie Social Feeds, then it will always have to be online.

Everyone here is eating out of Microsofts hand all the way up to when they announce the console which will probably be at E3. Until then Microsoft is going to let the controversy fly surrounding THEIR console which keeps everyones eyes on them and off the competition.

This is hilarious.... all these people steaming about a rumor, that in actuality is probably a distorted truth. A tactic that many companies use is to create controversy around a product just to generate buzz. In a crowded game market, how better else to do it than an always on xbox that MS knows would create a storm of debate. Look... look at how many people are talking about the 720. No one is talking about the PS4... Some may argue that negative attention is bad and you would be wrong. When the 720 gets unveiled in the coming weeks all eyes will be on their product and the PS4 will be an afterthought all the way through E3. Its brilliant.

In all honesty there are certain features that will only be available to players that have a persistant internet connection. ie. Social Feeds, obviously Multi Player, and streaming services. I am just waiting for the idiot to complain about having to have an internet connection to play multi player... I know youre out there.
