Well I recently bought a PS3 because I wanted a Blu-ray player. Let me start off with my stance...I have never had anything against Sony nor the PlayStation brand, I just so happened to get an XBox as a gift and got addicted to XBox Live(Girlfriend regrets getting it now), so it was a no brainer when I got a 360 because of Live. I also have a Wii but leave it at the girlfriends house since she is in love with Super Mario Galaxy(I beat it quick and didn't want to give up tv time to her..lol)
PS3:
Uncharted- WOW! this game exceeded my expectations and really blew me away. It was so good IMO I was upset when I finished it so soon. It was like a mix of Gears and Tomb Raider, Cannot wait for a sequel.
Resistance- Mediocre. Kind of disappointed me(and somehow I was ok with the PS3 controller for the FPS, so that was no Biggie) with the game. The biggest reason was that it did so many things well, but none great nor new. Overall not a bad game so again high hopes for the sequel.
360:
COD4-Great Single Player(a little short)...Awesome multi-player!(no more need be said).Exceeded
Rock Band:Exceeded...even more now that i hear they will be updating the game to add band world tour to online play!
Devil May Cry 4: Exceeded. Probably since I have never played the first 3(had an xbox, no ps2). I thought this game rocked but i hear its not the masterpiece the first one was.
Wii:
No More Heroes: Have not played to much of this unfortunately with the wii at the girlfriends house, but wow didn't see this game coming. Great use of the controls, real blast to play, and more blood than Gears? Awesome. Exceeded!
Super Mario Galaxy: Exceeded...Can not say enough good things. Made me feel like a kid again!
Resident Evil 4:Exceeded...Better than the Cube version! I loved the controls alot. Will kind of sadden me to play 5 with the 360 or PS3 controllers.
Everything else kind of disappoints me with the wii, seems there are to many bad games trying to bank off the motion controls. i did like Twilight Princess, and the Raving Rabbids series but not to much more. Have yet to play Umbrella Chronicles
