According to the interviewed guy, what is Nintendo supposed to do, then? Simply amp up the specs and make it just like any other console?
No, thanks. Nintendo might not "get lucky" by risking itself again, but at least they are trying to innovate and explore new, interesting gaming ways much more than the competition. We need more of that.
The laziest way is to upgrade just the raw specs of a "next-gen" console, add a pair of buttons, and launch it like that!
C'mon Nintendo. The stakes are really high, but you might just have a real possibility of strucking total gold if you play the launch and the first years right!
It could be awesome for practice, where you see the movements list within the Pad, and not needing to pause every time to see the lists in some menu, or to have the main screen cluttered with them...
