The game is astonishing ... I feel sorry for the people who rejects it simply due to DRM...
Put aside the fact that Ubisoft wants to rip you off with their DRM scheme, I hate it too, but I'm here to review the GAME, not the stupid DRM. I wouldn't say this game is exactly ambitious or creative, it more or les... Read Full Review

Not the worst, but definately a crap version of some other good 8.5 games. My 286 had better 8.5 rated games than this.
This game had a very poor GUI and was not quit put together correctly to function with the pace of the game. The concept was great, but it was just low fun factor for the average strategy. I suppose this game could gro... Read Full Review

A solid, albeit tired, rehash of the tried-and-true Anno series.
As far as economic management games go, the Anno series is tough to beat. Setting up all the necessary supplies, manufacturing and transit to get a booming economy and a massive town is a joy for those of us with a plann... Read Full Review

Futuristic version of Settlers 7 is all it is, but not as fun.
Meh, I'm not really impressed. I've been playing strategy games for 30 years and Anno 2070 is really nothing ground breaking. It's very much like Settlers 7, Sim ThemePark, and Caesar III, but takes place in the future... Read Full Review

Very similar to Anno 1404, especially impressive if you're new to the franchise.
What a delightful feeling to once again play a game designed 100% with keyboard & mouse in mind. Anno 2070 does not represent a big change compared to Anno 1404. You get roughly the same interface. The world is still ... Read Full Review

One of the most underrated games 2012!
Normally I would say a metascore of 83 is a score a game can surely live with, but this time its a waaaaaaay to low. I mean, I spent a lot of time with games like Arkham City, Uncharted 3 and Skyrim and of course all of... Read Full Review

A real gem to the city-building series
I don't do reviews usually, but this game really makes me want to write down something. I never played the previous Anno games, but this one is simply amazing. The game-play is complicated, the graphic is gorgeous, and t... Read Full Review

Excellent Strategy and City Builder
Got this the day it came out, and i must say i am very impressed ! the graphics in this game are gorgeous, but even with a pimped out PC it is easy to get slowdown, the graphics on medium are still excellent (better ... Read Full Review

After many years Anno leaves behind the Age of the Great Discoveries and brings a new time with new challenges.
Seasoned players might have frowned when they found out that the game would leave behind swords and cannons, I was disappointed myself, but after 20 minutes of play I realized I had no reason to doubt the game. The fact ... Read Full Review

Worth the money, allthough it suffers from ubisofts **** DRM
Let me start of by saying that i was hesitative towards buying this game due to ubisofts jewplay DRM, allthough there is an offline mode, you still have to login at launch, and you can't acces some content. (ark upgrades... Read Full Review
