What will TITANFALL score on GS?

I could get it for PC, but to be honest I want to sit back on my sofa in front of my 60" TV and game like a boss. Even if that means getting robbed lol.

You know if you import from the UK you can shave a little bit off the cost of the game at least.

I know, I mentioned I saw another TF thread get locked today, that was the one. I didn't get specific, but that is correct.

That particular thread was also trolling the John_Matherson poster as foxalpha poster used John's name in the OP. There could be a couple reasons why the thread was locked, clearly being TF being one (sean cited that as the reason).

As I said it's a crap-shoot, but I figured it was worth mentioning that at least 7 TitanFall threads are bouncing around SW open as we speak. With regards to Stickies, this inconsistent locking of same-topic threads wasn't an issue in SW past. The flagging system doesn't work well, it is what it is. I agree it probably would get locked, but it's hard to say.

Lies. The secret sauce and the magical cloud will prevail. I'm sticking with my 9.0 prediction, the game just looks super fun and addicting. Execution is more important than originality, and I think titan fall has that down pat.

I dusted off the ole 360 and hooked it back up in case this game turns out well. Still got a 14 day Gold code from Halo 4 and that should do for a Titanfall rental to see if it's worth playing/owning/re-subscribing.

Those codes (now correct me if I'm wrong) but aren't they only valid with the games they come with. Like for example won't you only be able to play online with Halo 4 as opposed to other games. I remember something similar happened to me when I got a Live Trial with a game, but couldn't play other games online or use some certain Xbox Live features.

No I just checked it and it's for trying out Live Gold for 14 days.

So the beta textures were indeed the same ones for the final game. That sucks.

It hasnt convince me yet that is an AAA/AAAA caliber game. I tried BETA , im not saying i didnt like it but definitly i didnt got excited with it.

I havent pre-ordered yet even when ive played it myself isnt a good sign also ( for my taste ofc ). Ill wait or pass it , depends how many of my friends might buy it and IF actually it worths my $$ in general.

This game launching with 15 maps, and 9-map multiplayer campaigns for BOTH the Militia and IMC, as well as 5 game modes will be the key to this game getting 9 and possibly 10. The gameplay is so solid, robust, and exciting. But the number of maps and how they are varied will go a long way in keeping the player vested. Adding in 2 multiplayer campaign modes is something fresh and we'll see how that plays out, but this game will get a 9 almost everywhere, with a few 10's sprinkled in. Maybe even a 10 here...

Lack of single player will hurt the score. Lack of features will hurt the score. I'm hedging 8 but I won't be surprised if the game scores a 7.

Some of these threads are massive- over 100 posts each- and in many of them, mods have posted multiple times, but they remain unlock, while others are locked at the first post itself. It just feels like mods are exercising favoritism here with specific threads and posters.

Now, I don't actually care about this sticky (personally, I dislike stickies, as I feel they throttle and kill discussion entirely), but all I ask is, if you are actually going to have one, then at least be consistent in its enforcing, that's all =)

Did DoTA 2 or LoL score less than 9? they have 1-3 maps..... and not many features... and no story mode.

heck, the last battlefield game probably would have scored better if they hadn't tacked on the dumb single player

Single player without multi feels normal. Multi without single player doesn't feel like it's worth $60. That's just the breaks. Look at Killer Instinct and Garden Warefare. They felt thin and incomplete without singleplayer.

that depends how the story gamemodes are. If they knock on the game because you can't play by your self then thats sad because there is shit load of MP games out there or even vice versa, SP only and skip MP all together
