Look at it this way that, confirms the PS4 sold 1 million in March alone. NA and Euro countries are the main motivators in that movement. EA can't even release sales of TItanFall let alone has an announcement even been made it had crossed the 1 million mark when they were so estaic to release BF4's numbers not too long ago.

My estimate.

PS4- 358,000 or 413,000+ consoles in March.

XB1- 320,000+ or 389,000+ consoles in March.

10 million by end of year.

Uh, OK! It's been close in the U.S. with the PS4 outselling by a bit. You realize Sony doesn't need to win in the U.S.? Their PS4 is doing way better in the U.S. than the PS3 did. The PS3 got killed in the U.S. by the 360 and still sold a bit more and in a year's less time and was priced $200 more for 3 years. The way the PS4 is priced compared to the Xbox One and releasing at the same time is making things extremely difficult for MS.

You still have hope though. It's not too far behind yet.;)

Very likely, especially with Xmas. I predicted 8-9 million by the end of 2014 when the PS4 released. I was a little worried I could be over estimating. I'm now very confident in my prediction. In fact it is most likely lower than it will be.

To be honest, I estimated the best Sony could do in the U.S. against MS would be to sell 50/50 with them. I'm a little surprised at how many people seem to be switching from 360 to PS4 in the U.S. I thought more people than this were stuck in Xboxville and Xlive. MS's messups have had a bigger effect on their sales than I thought they would.

Sony has pulled off the PS4 much better than people thought they could.

i called it months before launch like many other people. 50/50 split in us, 70/30 in europe and 99/1 in japan. ps4 is going to dominate this gen easy

You know MS won December NPD right.? It means nothing and if the xbox one fail to outsell the PS4 with Titanfall free or outsell it but 5 or 8 k oh boy the lols will be endless....

That's pretty obvious. Will probably cross that figure in July. I think this will sell at least 18 million before the end of the year.

I actually just got a Xbone today off of Amazon for only $450 with Forza 5 and Titanfall (and thankfully a month of gold). I really would like to have gotten the PS4 but so far SP exclusive games are not really out yet and as far as MP goes I have no friends with one, so will probably wait until MGSV comes out or FFXV (I would love some sort of LE console). All my friends are sadly Xbone exclusive gamers so I decided to get it first that way I can enjoy the MP games while they are in their prime. Congrats to Sony, too bad apparently my friends are not part of the majority, I guess the good news for me is I am at least ready for Halo 2 Anniversary if it happens. Meanwhile my PS3 is still awesome and it is going nowhere anytime soon and is more than enough for now to supply those SP exclusive games until the PS4 gets a larger library

With no games either. A lot of people like me are just waiting for two or three solid exclusives before we dive in. I think by summer when games like destiny, TLOU Remastered, and Watch Dogs (not exclusive but you need a nextgen console or PC to play and we all know who has the better console multiplats) come out PS4 sales will see a HUGE jump. Sony might have a real winner here.

That's very very impressive, marketing your console right from the start goes a long long way.

All those dust collectors people paid 400 dollars for because some marketing guys said some clever/witty things at E3 a year ago. Consumers are really stupid, neither console should be selling very well with the lackluster libraries they have.

I thought about mentioning that a lot of 360 owners have jumped ship to but i know he's trolling, he's just funny he's not smart enough to do it without owning himself.
