Not really that keen on Metroid, more looking at something like Goldeneye or COD.

I've heard alot of the COD type games are just bad ports from other systems.

Zelda: Spirit Tracks

Pokemon (All the games on DS are awesome and worth playing but my personal faves are Pokemon Heartgold and White)

Dragon Quest IX

Lunar Knights

the castlevania games (Dawn or Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, Order of Ecclesia)

Super Mario 64 DS

Mega Man Zero Collection

Kirby Squeak Squad

Legend of Kage 2

I don't know if any of these are "must buys" but they are all great games.

Dragon Quest 9

Dead or Alive: Dimensions(just get it for single or local play because the online sucks)

Super Street Fighter 4(like with DOA, online sucks, but it's good for single or local play)

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D

and if you're into retro games I'd get Atari's Greatest Hits Volumes 1 & 2.

I am looking for some good RPG (non-strategy) games for the DS. I only have a DS lite and not a 3DS so no 3DS games please. I prefer turn based RPGs, I'm a big Final Fantasy fan and I also love the Pokemon DS games. i would prefer fantasy based games and I'm not really interested in playing Mario right now. Also I already own Dragon Quest IX and IV. Could someone please point me in the direction of a few good games? Thanks! =)

Radiant Historia. Turn based, requires some strategy, but still pretty straightforward. also, Dragon Quest V and VI.

I'm looking for a game for a road trip, and I was wondering if what game I should get

1. Kid Icarus Uprising-The only doubt I have is that playing the game will be painful in a car ride.

2. Resident Evil Revelations-This is the one I'm leaning most toward. My only question is the length of the game.

3. Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D-I really have been wanting to play through Oot again but I was wondering if it was worth spending $40 on when I already have Oot on the virtual console.
