I like phil spencer, but when he's in executive mode, he speaks almost exclusively in that weird corporate jargon.

It makes more sense to keep the games off playstation. Their goal is the get people into their ecosystem. This way, people will be forced to get a gaming pc, or buy a series S when it goes on sale and then use gamepass to play the exclusives....which is what microsoft wants anyway.

@naydazng7: electronics are supposed to vent heat. That's why they have fans. You are trying to suggest that the xbox has heating issues because it is good at expelling heat.

The ps5 is much more probable to have heating issues since sony went for cheaper heating solutions and is overall not as good at hardware design.

How is is a ps5 and xbox feature if only xbox has it? Multi resume and launching directly to multiplayer are not the same feature.

I'm not sure which is more shocking....that a launch title for a 'next gen' system can't handle resolutions that games from LAST YEAR were putting out or that this is being framed as a good thing.

4k60 should be the standard. Sony was all about how their games couldn't run on any other hardware and yet their big first party titles don't run as well as gears 5 did. I didn't put much stock in those rumours that devs were having difficulty getting the ps5 to run games well but it is seriously looking like they were on to something.

Not terribly surprised it turned out like this. Quebec is hella racist. hell, they don't even like white people who speak english as a first language. There's literally a law in Qc that states that french text must always be bigger than english text. Not just in government documents, but on all signage and even private businesses.
