What's annoying is that they also went back to single use tms. So they made the game easier but also more annoying. It's like gamefreak is actively hostile to their fanbase.

I'll never understand why it is that pokemon as a franchise is considered to be off limits for even the mildest critique from people who only want the game to be better. You can criticize halo or last of us....objectively better games with more effort put into them. But websites will openly spin problems with pokemon and removal of features as positives

DC comics has been talking about police brutality/racial profiling since the 70s. (Marvel even earlier.) There are multiple DC heroes who deal with racial issues. John Stewart GL, black lightning, Icon, Rocket, Static. Hell pretty much every major DC hero has some pet cause/social issue that is their own special focus. You'd know that if you read a book in your life.

We can work on multiple issues at once. I know wingnuts salivate at the idea of pitting one minority against another but nobody else thinks like that.

And they can't make Jon kent a black person because he's a character that already exists. A bisexual male character is actually a more underrepresented niche than bisexual female. I notice none of you threw fits when wonderwoman came out like 5 years ago. But then you could jack off to that. And don't let's pretend that in the very scenario you described, you wouldn't be going even more apeshit than you are now/
