solved my problem by updating my bios.

I had the same problem when my gx2 first arrived, I connected the monitor to the bottom port of the card and the screen came up fine.
I'm having a issue with my GX2 as well, I put the vcard into another PC thats mobo is PCIe1.0 and the card says on the box it is 1.0/2.0 compatable however in my PC it loads the splash screen during post that says "press del to enter setup" and freezes.... if i spam delete and f1 right when I start it I can get into the bios so I think I need to change something in the bios, does anyone know what needs to be changed or whats going on here? the mobo is a k9n neo v3 and my PSU is a $100 750W PSU from comp USA and has 40+AMPs on the 12v rail and has the 6 and 8 pin PCIE connecters.
plz help me to :)
What are the top 3 games that have the highest RECOMMENDED system requirements to this day?
I would say
1. crysis (gpu demanding)
2. assasins creed (cpu)
3. the witcher (cpu)
ive got pretty much the same setup right now, I forgot about the performance in the demo compared to the performance in the full version patched to 1.2(1).
the system I thought you had was my old one and I could run crysis on med pretty good, but with what ive got now I can play crysis on high although it stutters quite a bit here and there so it's best to use a custom config like cubans level 4.
assassins creed
cod4 (the MP only, SP was GREAT)
halo
gears of war
topic says it all, I don't know why, I don't hate consoles nor am I a fanboy of PC or console or whatever, I just game on my PC these days. the last console I owned was a ps2.
I don't know what it is but every game that has been ported to the PC that was made on consoles I've never been able to fully complete the game... I played through COD4 but that doesnt count does it?
I am able to play the Crysis Demo at 1600 x 1200 resolution, no AA, Medium Settings, and it runs perfectly smooth with no lag whatsoever. Is that considered good for a gaming PC these days?Timberwolf5578
if you can run crysis with those settings you can probably run every other game out to date on all high settings, so yes thats a decent system, I would guess you have a 7900 series card, 2gigs of ram, and a p4 or amd 64 cpu?
is there a site that tracks people playing BF2 and what mods like steams site does?
I'm looking at all these bf2 mods but they all seem to say the same thing "a mod aimed at realism blah blah" how many freaking WWII mods are there for bf2?! lol
