If I were you I just wouldn't bother with xbox live anymore. I'm not saying 'buy 360 now dood!' but it will be hard to find an xbox live starter kit. After about 2-3 months of looking on the internet and high street I managed to find a place that had one left (got it at the bargain price of £20!), that was about 7 months ago. I'd assume it's even harder to find them now, I am afraid you're best bet is amazon and ebay. From what I heard the 360 cards do not work with the regular xboxs so don't waste your money on them. On another note, you might like to know that halo 2 is pretty much the only game that is still active on xbox live so, unless you are a huge fan of halo 2 multiplayer (it's very good IMO) or you have some friends that still play on xbox live I wouldn''t bother.

P.S. You NEED a credit card to sign up and they will charge you if your subscription card runs out and you haven't canceled your account.

So, to sum it up you're best bet to find it is from ebay/amazon (sorry mate) and only buy it if you like halo 2.

If you really needed the manual you could always buy the game again, i've seen it for about £2-3 where I live.
