Yeah, vengi's right.

But to work better, and to address more than 3gb of ram, you need 64bit Vista or XP has a ver too.

if you don't want to throw money away, find linux version that suits you, but be aware,there will be no DX 10.

For games, 3GB is quite enough for now and very few games fully support a 64bit OS.

If you have the driver cd which came with the card, just read it! sure it will be on it!

If you plan to have, let's say: the mainboard has a 2xPCI-E slots, and you have 1 HDD, and 1 cd/dvd/br rom. I reccomend to get 500W+ PS.

If you have more than one HDD/optical drive storage, than with no thinking, get more than 500W. Maybe in future you will want another 8800 GTS? you'll have to buy a new PSU. And the graphic card I think recommende power is 400W.

Have more power, becouse you can experience very big problems. From chopping, system halt, restarting, to mainboard error and damage. I had these problems.

Toshiba!!!! I have a satellite and it rocks!...Well, for doing stuff other than hardcore games.jfkunrendered

Not only satellites, Toshiba is good at building all home stuff. And Laptops too! So Toshiba will be just grat for You!
