@fanofffiv: it’s highly unlikely they’ll port it to the PSP. There’s methods you could use to play it on the PSP but you’d have to go about looking into that yourself.

I ask this because I want to at least try and get into one or two games in the series. I've never really given Castlevania a proper chance.
I tried playing the original on the NES and I just couldn't get into it. I've heard the GBA/DS titles are great? I just need some second opinions. :)
P.S. I am interested in playing Symphony of the Night. Do you recommend playing that on the PSP or the original PS1?
I know my questions can come off as similar in some ways or the other but...
It was the PS2 for me.
When my father worked at Sony he was able to bring home a fat silver limited edition console. Of course it still works to this day....but
I remember lending the second controller to a mate & his dog ended up biting the rubber off of the left joystick. I was distraught...!
A lot great memories playing Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2, Final Fantasy X, Sly Raccoon, Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, Tak...the list goes on.
As you can tell I'm into my platformers. ;)
The original Xbox and Gamecube I had some pretty memorable times with as well. Still a huge fan of old school Halo and Fable.
As for the Gamecube...Simpsons: Hit & Run I spent hours on...as well as playing Ty The Tasmanian Tiger and an underrated classic Pitfall The Lost Expedition.
I was one of those kids who didn't have a memory card handy most of the time...so I'd have to leave the console on for weeks on end. :D
Unfortunately I didn't grow up in the NES, SNES, N64 era...so my first console was the PS1 with a copy of Monsters Inc, Hercules and Atlantis The Lost Empire.
@so_hai: I hope so. I’ll be on that like pancakes.
@henrythefifth: I enjoyed Twilight Princess. Skyward Sword I wasn’t a fan of either. Not sure what it was.
Popolocrois or some of the Tales games.
@yammireckorrdsan: I still have to check those games out. :)
Silly question but it's interesting to think about.
I think if I had to pick one it'd be the Sly Raccoon franchise.
@pyro1245: I doubt that. :( Would be great if you could but Nintendo has always been a cash cow and wants you to re-buy everything...
@RSM-HQ: 100% my friend. The battery life is painful at times. I usually keep my console docked though. Convenient for when people come around and want a few rounds in Mario Kart or Overcooked.
