@Vaasman: Yes, controversy within controversy...politicians don't get that ESRB needs to be reformed, they just have dic(k)tator mentality that games should undergo a drastic, 1st Amendment violating change. Judge what they don't understand, based on their McDoodooshit praising of the stereotype video games are "supposed" to be for kids and are toys. :(

That's literally the only thing they (democrats and republicans) can ever work together on now: Making violent and M-rated games harder to buy and/or more expensive. Bulls**t.

WHY CAN'T THESE DUMBASS OLD ABERNANTHYS REALIZE THAT M-RATED GAMES ARE JUST AS MUCH ART AS MARIO? They make hella more money regardless, are often up for more awards.

I mean all I know as of now is I'm going to download that Vulpine race mod. Furry haters begone, it looks cool imo.

Anyway, I read about the factions, and I'm going to join the Railroad. I saw that they're the good guys like the Minutemen, but low-key in the Wasteland. Bonus points that they have more quests :)

But what quests should I start off with?

@speeny: I understand. I actually picked My Hero 'cause I find it better lore-wise. I used to wish there was a superhero school game all of the time thanks to the Winterhold College quests from Skyrim...I know it's a mage school but still. And MHA has a lot of potential tho I can't stand its inclusion of bread and butter anime stereotypes. Especially the ecchi gags

@sakaixx: Good point. But OPM is one of those anime that puts side characters in the spotlight cuz there's so many. Wasn't really talking specifically about playing as Caped Baldy (as it wouldn't even be a game) But I know what u mean

Star Wars is headed in the complete wrong direction, from what I've heard from fans who AREN'T biased trolls over the TLJ but are wise enough to acknowledge how it's dead without lack of evidence and talking out their asses.

Me, I think the new game will be cool, the worst that could happen is it'll steal mechanics from Assassin's Creed or Ghost of Tsushima. Just no "ooh you take on Darth Vader at the end" s**t, cause that'd be fake. No one can beat him except Luke, and that's it.

For those who know manga but don't know what seinen means, here's a link:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seinen_manga

For me at least, I outgrew DBZ and was never into its countless clones. I first jumped into the world of Seinen with the series Dorohedoro, and my art taste and sanity have never been the same. *DEATH METAL GROWLS, PICKS UP A BABY CORPSE AND EATS IT.*

And looking the big picture, seinen has been far more tolerable looking back than any of the.....

Yo Gotti: "WAIT FO' IT, WAIT FO' IT, WAIT FO' IT, WAIT FO' IT, WAIT FO' IT, WAIT FO' IT, WAIT FO' IT...."

....SHONEN FODDER. Yes, I'm stating here and now that Bleach, Naruto etc are intolerable headaches that are zero quality.....I just don't GET them. Distinctive art styles, big deal. The endless yadda yadda gives me a headache. If shonen otakus cared enough to admit it, they would say the scientific fact that there is no damn action. It's just two so called opponents telling each other about their grudges or how they hate each other, and locking swords or whatever....then yammering even more with said weapons still crossed. Why is this even a genre? I'd rather listen to the following link played for ten hours straight then hear Naruto gloat like a toddler how his zanpakto is the most badassiest:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_ryEAHSzsY

Oh, and btw that dead baby was delicious. Hail Satan.

Anyway, seinen is something else. None of the common shonen cliches are in da wae and there's loads of gore and "make-war-not-peace" themes. I looove I-Don't-Give af styled storytelling.

But it's been hard finding other people who like this kind of manga. Back in high school this purist gave me a dirty look for reading Dorohedoro. And every time I put up a seinen oriented "Who Would Win" fight on Facebook, no one else cares. It's freaking shocking. Everyone else would rather buy more Fairy Tail or My Hero Academia diapers to dump in. God....

Anyway, please don't roast me. Any thoughts? I have like zero friends who love Blood-C, Blue Gender, Berserk, Afro Samurai, Higanjima, Vinland Saga, etc.

It's been very useful that I've shared ideas for my video games on Reddit. Not as much that I downloaded Unreal Engine 4 when this PC I've had for forever can't handle that hotness. Bound to crash....maybe even explode. Oi vey. :/

Coding is a bitch. But as a dev it's a norm, I can say that cuz it's the truth even tho I haven't done it...yet. I just see how complicated it is on YouTube. Too many steps make caveman head hurt lol. The coders in the tutorials make the clicks seem like NOTHING. They're Gandalf incarnate I tell you.

But over the past few years I've come up with ideas better than the ones when I first got into art. Now, I'm glad to share them for ur feedback :D

- Bushido Karma: Awkward stereotypically-anime ish title I know I know. But here we go...

It's set in the 23rd century and is more so inspired by the more generalized concept of the samurai's return in modern society. You play as Kuroba, a yojimbo who can alter luck of winning in combat in his favor (think Domino from X-Force). A character action open world game where your main quest is to find a traitor of your clan and kill him before he mends the Forbidden Hilt with the Blade of Shitakai. Dudes, I'm literally doling out this s**t plot from the top of my head. Least of my worries when people really want GOOD GAMEPLAY. speaking of which...

In BK, it's a mix of straight up action and the distinctive combat system from KOTOR. You get XP from kills, can chop off heads from the get-go without reaching the stupid level 20-or so perk from Skyrim, and you level up a la a Hanafuda card system. It'll be trickier to pick the right perks than Fallout, based on it functioning relatively similar to the aforementioned card game. Coming to (I wish): PS4. Likely ESRB rating: M.

- Terracide AD: Another character action open worlder. It's super real looking, creepy, darkly weird humored post-apocalypse sci-fi with elements of horror. You're a bug alien named Keephavix, and after the Krypton-styled destruction of your homeworld, you're on a ruined Earth tasked with finding and escorting a human woman to safety in the haven Nu Toronto.

Btw this idea is a spinoff of a short story I wrote and got published at a doomsday fiction-oriented site. It's set in the same world. U can find more info as far as the world/worldbuilding here:

https://ashtales.com/according-to-engolai-part-1-roach-groove/

As far as gameplay, you can naturally burrow and hide by camouflaging yourself to look like a boulder to enemies. There's a mix of shooting and melee combat, and it truly is meant to make you feel alien, not counting the depressing scenery and story and even side quests. Oh, and Keephavix is voiced by Tom Kenny. I hope. Coming to (I wish): PS4. Likely ESRB rating: M.
