The steam sale to me is like a garage sale with things I don't really need. "Like hey look at those golf shoes 2 bucks sure, I don't golf but I will buy them. Hey a broken slinky 10 cents might as well get it. Oh a old margarita machine I have one but for 2 bucks can't pass it up"

But so far i picked up

Hotline

FTL

Bastion (not opening on my mac for some reason)

The Binding of Isaac

Surgeon Sim

Loving the sale so far.

I got my motorcycle licsens this year, but never drove stick. But i think it would't be to much of a challenge compared to riding my motorcycle.

Have you ever just looked around at the world and yourself and wondered WTF is all this? It happens to me sometimes when my mind wanders.

Or are you the type of person that doesn't like to think deep and perferrs to stay out of the weird thought zone?

I can kind of relate. Form high school most of my friends seem to have moved on to actual colleges or working all the time. So for me i am kinda missing that set schedule of going to high school. I go to a community college and work, but find my self alone a lot more. I think its making me have pretty bad depressing mod swings. Its hard because when i am alone i feel like i need to go out and do something but just dont know what. Plus i think a I might have a bit of social anxiety so my brain creates bullsh!t excuses to not go out and enjoy life.

It's still the same but in HD. Water, cliff sides, farms, fire, ground texture are some of the changes that come to mind. I would say you get your moneys wroth for the multiplayer. It was easy to find games and had a fun time playing against other people, with my buddies. And the steam workshop means people will hopefully come up with some great mods. Like somebody said they didn't like the farms look in HD, you can go to the workshop and download the old ones, or in my case the farms from Age of Mythology farms.

Never tried the workshop but have heard good things about it. Will give it a go with AOE II HD, hopefully people make some sweet mods for it.

For those of you who have played GOW Ascention what did you think about he Trials of Archimedes (on hard mode)? I thought it was a blast, even though it took me 10-15 tries to beat it. Glad to see a bit of challenge in a game now a days.

Buy AOE 2 HD its a great game! They are raising the max pop to 500 so the battles are going to bigger and better. I would not recommend AOE 3 to me it felt like it was missing something. I think i played stronghold once or twice and remember it focusing on the little things among the town. AOE 2 has less of that you min gold/stone, cut wood, and gather food and that's about it for economy. The civilizations are great in AOE 2 you can even read their bios in game and learn about them.
