@Carpetfluff: Fine. I wish he'd walk 33% faster.

Mass Effect 2's Human Reaper Was Dumb And I'm Sad They Didn't Cut It

Fixed that for you, GameSpot.

1,900 sounds like a lot, but 9% is a fairly normal-sized cutback that most Fortune 500 companies go through from time to time. I worked for a top-100 Fortune 500 company for nearly a decade, and we experience 5,000 person layoffs (about 6% of the workforce) on a seemingly bi-annual basis.

That's all good and well, but I really just want to be able to sprint at least 33% faster. The sprint in this game feels slower than the walking speed in most games. It's painful.

I'm sorry. Who is "highly anticipating" Halo Season 2 after the abysmal ending of the first season that caused such a massive uproar?

Good thing I just installed the full game on my new OLED Steam Deck just this week 😂. Looks like I'll be wiping it and reinstalling.

I’d love to know how many people would return their movie ticket if they could and magically adjust each movie’s revenue numbers to account for those refunds. It’s painful that the Last Jedi is on this list.

Seems a bit odd to have two games essentially on the list twice. They could’ve easily been joined into the same entry and given two other entries a spot on the list.

I'm so tired of this line of reasoning. Lack of creativity? The indie scene is absolutely booming with creativity. Look at what Supergiant has done with Bastion, Transistor, and Hades. Look at Cuphead, Stray, Inside, Inscryption, Rocket League, Darkest Dungeon, Into the Breach, Disco Elysium...the list goes on and on.

And let's not be ridiculous. We still have phenomenal AAA games with plenty of creativity. Doom and Doom Eternal, Wolfenstein 2, Sea of Thieves, Grounded, the Spiderman games, Alan Wake 2, Baldur's Gate 3, the Witcher 3. It's a joke to suggest we don't have high-quality, creative games or that the industry is going to magically become significantly less competitive. If anything, this pushes Sony and Nintendo to keep producing amazing exclusives because they can no longer count on Xbox to be a joke in the exclusives department.

@TheTenthPlague: I second that. The weakest part of the movie was the storyline. It's just cliche, far-fetched, and stupid. I don't think Mission Impossible needs much in the way of a story to advance the plot, so I could've used 30 minutes less exposition. For example, the scene where they have a group meeting in the club was meandering and pointless. I just sat there rolling my eyes. There's also an argument to be made that there were maybe too many set pieces. I felt the train scene at the end was the point where the movie overstayed its welcome.
