Also forgot to mention the red ring of death issue that Xbox had for rushing out its system and having to fix and replace those systems. Ps3 mostly had the loading tray issues and now issue a top down loading tray yet the tray issue was fixable while the rings required in alot of cases complete replacement. Time and patience will tell what launch problems will develop outside of supply shortages if im wrong and people will still buy the systems in droves.

@Evenglare @madgame23 well thanks for update. Still was an opinion, you must be trolling. They should have stayed with the cell processor due to its power, it could have easily had an architecture adjustment to make it more adaptable to the pc based setup but i digress. It's all business in the end and it seems innovation is out of style.

Here is the scenario as i see it. Sony used the PS3 as a stepping stone for the new system. A majority of the components in its system will be ported to the new system due to its power and the fact that they used the 5/6 years on ps3 to perfect an reduce the cost of the new system. I see they will post the system at the same cost the ps3 was and make a profit on day one. Xbox rushed their system to compete with Sony, since Sony an Microsoft are the only two legit console groups out now. Nintendo in essence abandoned the core gamer groups with the original wii and have mostly come back with the wiiu, however they are still using foreign setups with their controls. They have built their own group of followers who don't play Xbox or ps. For Xbox to succeed, they will need to be cheaper than ps, have far more exclusives, and need to market te strengths of their system over ps4. I've always liked Sony due to they have had great systems but i also play Xbox. True gamers don't compare both systems but play both. Personally for me i won't be buying these systems because a. the economy still sucks, b. I feel that the prices for the new systems will be a detriment. Most of the people who bought the ps3/Xbox were younger and had less debt and the young people now have major issues finding work. Im very doubtful that many systems will be sold but i could be completely wrong.

I hated crisis 2. Plenty of hackers and such. Visually the characters and the background look too much alike and the player models on both teams look the same and it sucked so bad, id run into a room and cant differentiate players and would die. Oh and there were no US servers so I had the worst lag in any game. total waste of my money.

The article wanted to give an objective look at how the company made the time period appear in the game. Stop bashing people for what they write!

In the single player they have this drone walker that is an upgrade to the cyber disc. Its totally overpowered. Damn thing gets three turns to do anything, two move/attack turns and an overwatch turn. Its range is practically impossible, it can see across the map practically and its aim is almost 100%. The two times ive versed it, ive lost men to it and each of these were from one attack. The game still does deserve the 8.5 rating but the game sucks when they cramp your men into tight quarters because it seems that your aim accuracy drops really bad when enemies are literally right in front of you and the enemy has better sight lines and attack probabilities. outdoors at night time are bad too, I've had units stand right in front of a bad guy and still had a poor aim rating and still miss. They need to revamp the system and buff the stats of that unit. Its so bad that I didnt see it listed in the video about the enemy units because if it were available noone would use anything else. It has like 25 hit points, with a like 10 to 18 attack strength.

Game looks cool, i like mark and execute stuff but I hope they dont overpower it because it was implemented great in conviction since in all previous splinter cell games they made shooting your weapon a no-no; ie weapon damage not realistic.

The thing I notice with consoles is that they make early games low tech and then improve the graphical fidelity and game engines gradually so that we think developers are improving their useage of the system. If consoles are created from PC tech with dumbdown specs, then the developers can max out the games they make from the very beginning. Makes you think huh?

When you look at the tech that the characters are using, you can tell that this is set after MG4 due to everything that is happening. Snake looks like hes is getting younger so im guessing the foxdie virus snake received in MGS4 may be reversing his condition. I didnt play Peace walker so I don't know the events there but from what everyone is saying its connected. So I wonder how all this will play out.

Good video and good paraphrasing of the events of MG. I had only bought the PS3 to play MGS4 because it was that cool, but obviously the original PS3 is a fragile system and after a time it burned out. Shame really.
