The series is now pure Disney. Replete with all characters within the Disney age range. Expect the race track kid to be the next major character since he forced moved the broom. I kinda liked the movie but feel it’s becoming too Disney commercialized! Disney has ruined these movies in my opinion just as bad as Lucas ruined the prequels, with his bad story telling and focus on children.
@madgame23: the ST:TOS was amazing. The movies were doubly so. Wrath of Khan one of the best. Just pointing out that Into Darkness was utter garbage and a waste of talent. I think Benedict Cumberbatch would have been better cast as Spock! He has the depth of voice, Quinto sounds like he has no balls. He has the stylized way to speak and can be very Vulcan. I’d have rather him be Spock than Quinto...
JJ Abrams did ok with the first Star Trek because for the most part that element of the lore was absent and they were able to create an original take on it. Into Darkness was a Wrath of Khan rehash that was far worse than the original. The 3rd movie was alright but JJ and anyone directing seems to think that blowing up the Enterprise in every movie makes it awesome. Shatner’s Kirk only destroyed the Enterprise in a ploy to defeat Klingons and that was when it was destroyed in battle against Khan who used the reliant as a Trojan horse. Pine’s version feels like a typically acting gig that reacures every couple years, and he can’t go a single movie without destroying the ship! Star Wars episode 7 felt like episode 4 but doubled except they subtracted a 1 to make it seven but everything from the character death plot point to the Sith traitor being related to family plot point to there bein a big bad Sith guy plot point using the same hologram to talk to underling plot points to the big Death Star like plot point, except being a lot bigger and can blow up 3 planets in a row wow for Hollywood originality. To even blowing the ship up cause they amazingly found the base plans... ? meh to all of this...
Had a good single player but it was too dam short! I hated the multi as it had too much on the screen for me to focus and lag was straight garbage. I hate origin as I always have lag on origin games. Will never play any ea/origin/dice/respawn game ever again!

I'll never buy another DICE made game after BF4 was such a waste. I could never get into BC2 simply because noob tubes were rampant and I always had insane lag, like me shooting a sniper up with my rifle at mid range only for him to 180 snipe me no problem. Yeah totally realistic. BF3 WAS best in series, game felt most realistic if any shooter I ever played up til that point. If you want a somewhat solid and still supported fps, check out r6 siege. It's currently on its second year of content, and has a lot of maps to play on.
