If there is no coop campaign then I am done with this. Another bitter wave on a sea of constant disappointment, for a fan of co-op 3rd person PvE action, not using a crappy RPG controls.
Technically the death star is a spaceship that can function as what is described in starwars as mobile battle station. The definition of spaceship is any vessel designed to travel outside of the atmosphere of a planet. The deathstar had both standard and hyper drives for this purpose.
Game based movies normally cash in on success and brand name where as "Thief" is not part of current game culture and has not been for some time. Flogging a dead horse here unless this movie is uncommonly good which would be a huge shock. The only plus side to doing this is that there is no fan base to piss off so you get a free reign to do pretty much what you want. Maybe they found an screenplay that they thought hay this is good and it is kind of the right genre, why don't we slap the thief brand name on it?
@Ultramarinus With most generic FPS it is a given that you have played this before, they only mention when there is something different. In this case it is worth informing people that the gameplay may feel a little overly familiar. That is something people would want to know as there would be no automatic assumption of it, as their is with FPS games.
@alenth torchlight on console with a controller beats the pants of the mouse an keyboard version, you can't beat dual stick independent attack and movement.
@trueepower44 @kyphe I think some people live in a word of their own and see what they want to see! The problems with grouping are so totally blatant and obvious. We played for weeks and got nothing but frustration! Guess what, games are not supposed to be like building a house! If you have to struggle with stupid game design for weeks, that is not something you should endure through to find some personal reward at the end of the tunnel, that is something you walk away from especially when you are being charged money for that displeasure.
