@Dragon-Power Liberated from what? Israel has opened Jerusalem to everyone unlike when it was under Jordanian rule and Jews were forbidden from entering Jewish holy sites.
@R2C25 @hector530 They are all valid news sources with their own biases. It encourages people to spread their side of the story. It's one of the best propaganda moves I've seen.
@jamujey I'm merely following the classification of the United States and European Union. Fatah is an organized army in the West Bank, that is not a terrorist organization (which I might point out was overthrown in a coup in Gaza).
First of all, it is not a conflict with Palestine. This is a conflict with a terrorist organization called Hamas. Secondly, it is not a trivialization of war. It is a way to encourage people to read the news and to promote a certain viewpoint of the news. Gamespot does the same thing by awarding people points for searching the news. This is not a trivialization of the subject matter though, namely the game industry. It merely encourages people to read the news. Thirdly, there is no comment from the IDF side. What is there side of the story? It is horrible to see innocent civilians die on both sides, but this is not a gamification of war. It is a gamification of the way we interact with the news.
@Daishi3011 I have no problem with building on other games. I just liked Halo for what it was. I enjoyed starting out with the same weapons as everyone else. Halo had this amazing thing going for them, and I don't think it is time admit defeat and move gameplay toward CoD
