MS already stated devs can do what they want with the power. If they want to make a 480p game with 360 fps. Then that's their perogative. If 4k just confuses you just realize that xbox one x is just a more capable machine than Ps4 pro or any other console. That's all you need to take away from it really.

So sad these games got so much hype but no one bought them.

It's too bad Sony doesn't have the expertise to do this. PS fans can just rebuy the games though. No biggie.
