@Thanatos2k: i have a 1080ti pc and im buying xox for hdr and battlefront to play with controller and a larger install base. i was hoping youtube and netflix had 4k and hdr but sadly no 4k or hdr on youtube and no hdr on netflix. i guess i dont understand. i have the same problem with my sony android tv. why the hell dont these apps support hdr 4k when chromecast ultra and samsung tvs do??????

@scottyp360: just having the higher resolution and 4k textures will be very noticeable. Thats with no optimization. xox will automatically be able to do those 2 things with no extra coding. the hardware will automatically do that. no whether you get from ps4 pro to full native 4k is likely dependent on the game. but every new game will automatically look better. slightly clearer but the 4k textures is key.

@Bread_or_Decide: it absolutlely gave it an edge and it snowballed. i remember right at the beginning. I hired a former gamespot manager during after this period. He said his stores std answer to which one to get was ps4 is more powerful....same price. thats it. ps4 did not have more games or exclusives for years. in fact shortly after launch there was a 2 year period of nothing.

@bubba_666: wow. really. yes you will save money but no just no 4k is way better than 1080p on a nice big tv 65". its not even close. but yeh if you are sitting 10 feet away and have 55" 4k then you are doing it wrong.

@Fallenlords69: you might be correct. seriously i feel like im terrible with a controller on pc but i no longer have a console to compare. i dont really like mp so i its not an issue.

@romeothebeast: Im not sure what settings you are using but if you look at guru3d benchmark of ROTR at 1080p and 4k you will see that the yes 480 is steady 63fps at 1080p but is unplayable avg 23fps at 4k where the xox is not having nearly that much of an issue 4k and on super early build. my conclusion is that xox is more geared for 4k. Lets see when it comes out where it stands.
