There's a really meaty demo available for this game for those that want to try (I spent 3 hours on the demo and still never saw the end of it). The demo reminds me of how expansive PC game demos were back in the day.
It convinced me to pick it up as it's just what im looking for right now. Think of its mechanics somewhere within Baldurs Gate 2 and Fire Emblem--abeit slower and less lethal in how things flow.
I never really minded product placement in my sports or racing games. It adds a great sense of authenticity to the games.
Free DLC is always nice, but I just dont want it thrown in my face too much; have it optional, where if I want the DLC for free, I'll make the commitment knowing that the content is ad supported.
Better employees maybe, but better students? no :P.
But I'd say "successful' players, because you really need to manage, lead, work with others to do parts of the content in that game; it's more of a natural personality thing, rather than an attribute learnt from playing a videogame.
