Think SC gameplay beats MGS slightly, and the controls have been a lot more fluid.
Tho in this comparison, SC is a prime example where gameplay isn't everything, like some sheep make it out to be.
Overall I'd easily take MGS over SC, a lot more so after DA and Conviction looking like the crap that was Assassin's Creed.

Great game, but not necessarily goty.
Here's why, imo:
1.AI
Or rather the lack of it.
It could've been improved, but I'd rather have more complex, detailed control over teammates to make up for it.
Probably would've turned off 'casual' customers tho.
2.Nerve-wrecking equipment menus
Something so 'trivial' and perhaps simple, yet causes so much annoyance.
3.Technical difficulties.
Framerate, texture pop-in, you know this stuff already.
Personally, it wasn't too hard to look past that, but for some it maybe a bigger deal.

A lot of 360 titles are also on PC.
PC gaming is not as unusual outside US as it is inside.

That could be one of the reasons 360 is doing so well in US and US only.

[QUOTE="Chaos_HL21"]Looking at it more I found the Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items section"Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Blizzard owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Program. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service"his made it pretty clear you are not suppose to sell your account.Vandalvideo
I will say this ONE MORE TIME so you can understand this. I'm not suggesting you sell an account. I'm saying one sells the information and access to the account. Its a finite distinction that means everything. They do not own the rights to your information, just your account.

See what you're saying, your house 'analogy' was just more confusing tho.
While it would be 'legal' to sell your information, someone using that information for access would not be.
Which means you could be right, but it leads nowhere as any following actions would be prohibited from the buyer.
Or something else, but I bet there's something that makes direct or associated actions punishable.

I was waiting for him to tell how he spends his time glueing his hair to his chin, since he's often saying he can't grow a beard.
Could've been funny. :?

The time and effort that I spent creating the character IS NOT blizzard's property. They have no rights or restrictions over the time I spent leveling and getting gear for that character. They CAN NOT and should not have the power to restrict the selling of my time and effort.Vandalvideo

You directed that time and effort unretrievably towards that character, which is not yours.
How are you going to trade used time and effort? It's impossible.
Even more so since the measurement of both spent is not in your posession.
Do you not make sense, or am I getting you wrong?

Could've used a bit more professional touch, still alright.
