how to measure.....warm up your arms for a minute by stretching and flexing...flex with strenuous force for 4-5 seconds to

get the biceps and triceps warmed up.

take a dresser ruler or just take like a shoe string and rap it around the biceps or upper arm while flexing

if you used a shoe string just measure the shoe string onto a standard ruler or yard/meter/12inch foot stick.

then measure non flexed if u'd like.

mine is 13'' non flexed and 14.5 flexed. my left is .25 inches smaller though lol need to touch it up a bit

I truly believe that most anti depressants do not work very well prescribed by doctors

and can lead some people to be mentally unstable, or worsen there condition.

i feel like i'm having withdrawl cause my friend usually buys mine and he got expelled from my school so i havn't got ne herbs in a while and i am stressing over it bad, i feel like i'm having withdrawls.

but my question is to you, why do they say it isn't addictive, yes it is because u want to feel the same feeling u felt before cause its a lot better then just being normal, and listening to music is pretty awesome, also watching movies or a lot of flashing lights will make you trip out
