ok, for all of you that think this is a show off thread, know this is not. Post at your free will
how to measure.....warm up your arms for a minute by stretching and flexing...flex with strenuous force for 4-5 seconds to
get the biceps and triceps warmed up.
take a dresser ruler or just take like a shoe string and rap it around the biceps or upper arm while flexing
if you used a shoe string just measure the shoe string onto a standard ruler or yard/meter/12inch foot stick.
then measure non flexed if u'd like.
mine is 13'' non flexed and 14.5 flexed. my left is .25 inches smaller though lol need to touch it up a bit
