I'll be getting this game too as i'm a BF1942 vet since 2003 and started playing BF2 since i think 2005 then stopped sometime in 2006. Haven't played a BF game since but BFBC caught my eye but not enough for a buy. Anyways we will need alot of people to buy this in order for us to get Coral Sea, that just happens to be one of my favorite maps on BF1942. Also, u guys know u can probably stand on the planes and run while they are flying to stay on, then parachute to the enemies carrier. I don't see y it won't be possible, it was on BF1942, unless the engine makes it so u can't but i doubt it.
yea a little bit, i expected a different intro music, slightly better graphics and a little change in gameplay, which there is but i really don't think they showed enough for me to really say much. The snowmobile chase was cool though and reminded me of the time you make a getaway in a jeep in CoD1 in the Ardennes.
I really love this year. This is going to be the best year this generation. Well, at least for Sony. I don't have a 360 so i don't care even though they won't be having that great a year and most likely neither will Nintendo. Though i do hope to see something good from Nintendo at E3 as i just bought a Wii.

actually the reviews ARE out for Killzone 2. You guys should really check other websites than GameSpot. Just go to the PlayStation blog for every review for Killzone 2.

You know, i would still probably play BF1942 if they somehow constantly updated the graphics and putting out new maps or updated maps and new mods guaranteed to be good. Btw, did anyone ever play the Star Wars mod called (I think) Galactic Conquest online or singleplayer? That was such an underrated mod. Sure it got good ratings but not that many people knew about these mods or heard about them from others. Most people played Forgotten Hope (which tbh used to have a really cool theme tune until the patches 7.2 or something.) FH was great, Galactic Conquest (GC) was great, and DC (Desert Combat) was great. Also, has anyone played the FirstStrike mod for BF2142? is it any good? It was originally supposed to be a BF2 mod but they changed their minds.
