And can I borrow your shiny crystal ball? The PS3 has been outselling the 360 for some time now and I would hate to see what happens when Home, in-game XMB and the games come out.
I wouldn't say the 360 would be dead by 2008 but it is slowing down. It may have the software and the good games coming out but you need workable hardware to even play the games/experience the hardware. It's pretty sad to see people who own 360's blinded by the software and not realizing that the harware is just as important as the software.
No, I smell a fanboy. The only reason it isn't happening to PSN is because hardly anyone uses it.
Do you own a PS3? If you do, I take this back. If not, then how do you know not too many people are on PSN? Do you have statistics to back that up or something?
I won't say this article is right or wrong. There's a little skepticism on my part because the 360 is far from dead. MS wouldn't be *that* stupid to let a console die out like that, even if it has some terrible hardware issues.
