[QUOTE="dalger21"][QUOTE="SantaTerb"] You wana say that to my trophy card's face? Come at us bro.SantaTerb
The amount of platinums and trophies you have on an irrelevant trophy card means about as much as nipples on men.

You're reaching and not especially clever, but the point is it clearly shows I live and die by the troph and am not just trolling.

With a completion rate as low as yours I'm not sure I believe you. Especially with that lifeblood claim. If anything you're saying is true, you're lookin pretty anemic.

When I finish a game, I'll take a look and see what I need in order to get the plat. I have played a few games that only require an additional 15-20 minutes to get the trophy, so I give it a go. If the game is enjoyable enough to replay several hours in order to 100% it, I don't mind that either.Namgis
You had no problems with that Sly 3 plat though, huh? How long did those minigame challenges take you?

I didn't know any better. I'm not going back to cooking over an open fire, watching glass tube television sets or rotary phones either. Gaming has changed. Trophies are the lifeblood. They ARE gaming.SantaTerb

So Ima be real. I never play my Vita. All of the games I have for it are the PS+ ones.

I recently got a huge TV for the living room,  and really want a PS3 in there for 3D games/movies.

I already have a PS3 in my room at my desk. This is perfect because I play a lot of Gran Turismo and have a wheel setup, which wouldn't be possible in the living room.

Thing is, I don't just toss around money. If I get another PS3, I'd want to subsidize the cost by selling my Vita. That way it'd only cost like 100 bucks or a little more.

If I did sell the Vita, I'd wait until after Gamescom this August in case Sony does a little dance and makes the Vita more appealing to me.

Also for the record, I don't plan on getting a PS4 for a long time.

Should I do it? Would you do it? I need some honest opinions (especially from you, Namgis) folks. Thanks.

I'm sure not all of you are getting PS4s at launch. Some of you have PS3 backlogs you want to take care of, some of you are short on funds, and some of you just aren't interested (yet).

So post if you're going to hold out or not, and if so, when will you finally get a PS4? If you won't, why not?

For me, I have a huge list of games I want to beat on PS3, considering that the PS4 won't be backwards compatible.

I also see myself playing Gran Turismo 6 for a long time. So whichever one comes first: I beat all of the games in my backlog, or Gran Turismo 7 gets released for PS4. That's when I'll step up to the next gen.

What about you guys?

I'm 19. But that's irrelevant.

The truth is: You're too old for Windows 8. Grow the **** up and use a real man's OS. Get some true UNIX under your belt by running one of the many distros of Linux. If you're feelin soft though, Windows 7 is cool too. GTFO with that 8 crap though.

I'm stoked for Phantasy Star Online 2 (assuming it gets released in America).

And the unannounced, (BUT YOU KNOW ITS COMING) Gran Turismo Vita.

I guess I'm excited for Killzone Mercenaries too.

Any other games I should be excited for? What are you guys looking forward to?

For me personally, it's one of my favorite parts of owning a 3DS. Besides the games of course.

Also, about how many steps and streetpasses do you average daily?

I average about 3000 steps per day and maybe meet about 1 unique Mii per day. Happens mostly at school.

I'm really disappointed. I don't plan to get a Wii U anytime soon, but I really want that full online portability experience for Monster Hunter. It's saddening. :(
