Now i remember why the 1up forums sucked if you wanted to post, but great if you wanted to read...

Foolz3h

That sums it up perfectly.

My works are better than anything in that god awful book

irmeleeman5995

Not only did he just say that To Kill a Mockingbird is a bad book, but he said he's better than it.

Did I hallucinate, or does this post really exist? He actually thinks he's better than one of the greatest social dicussions of the segregation era?

No, just, no. Just stop talking.

I usually steer clear of philosophy books (I don't mind of the book's views are interwoven into the narritive, though oftentimes this gets out of hand - see Ayn Rand). Most of the time authors of these books are presenting these views to people they assume will agree with them, and I find this very, very boring, especially when I don't agree with the book I'm reading.

Also, I can't bear to not bring this into the fray. It's by far the best piece of human interaction on the internet by far, and you seriously cannot fictionalize how amazing this thread is. (Some of the links don't work anymore, but it's worth reading anyway because it's so darn funny)

[QUOTE="gbarules2999"]I remember reading a bunch on this game; the technology was super advnaced for its time (software rendering = awesome curved surfaces, whodathunk?!). I haven't gotten around to ever playing it, though.Foolz3h

It's a shame the sequel waas cancelled.

Still, I've heard some people are making an Outcast mod for Crysis. XD

That sounds awesome. I hope they make the original avalable on gog.com, too, so that I can legally get ahold of it. I'd be excited about the Crysis mod a bit more if I had a computer that RAN the game...

I thought the rewview was fine. A little less of the game terminology would be nice, though. I got lost a bit in when all the terms started flying, and showing the definition in parenthesis doesn't always help. SO THERE IS WAS HORRIBLE THANKS FOR NOTHING YOU SICKO

what books do you guys reccomend? I really like world history and philosphical things. I don't really like nerdy sci fi honestly. Not trying to be cynical I just like real human stories.Lazay727

To Kill a Mockingbird.

I'M NOT KIDDING. The few action sequences that exist are fantastic.
