Rings of Fate is pretty fun, especially since i enjoyed Diablo, i enjoyed playing this with my friends.
Ninja Gaiden is also pretty fun, and i love how flashy it looks xD
Still waiting for F-Zero though.... Hope we get some news on it quick...

GRID is good, but it looks and i suppose it will be, like most of the other generic racers like NFS, etc.
The ability to make your own race track sounds pretty cool though, but i don't know how much that can contribute to online play, will people be able to download the map you've made, and use it for multiplayer online?
And anyways, racers like this can't really compare to Mario Kart. Mario Kart has a drift system that generic racers dont use, it adds a different type of skill needed and there's the fun item system to it as well.
(which adds in some strategy to whether you really wanna lead all the way or not or stay in middle ranks for better items, etc)
I'd say Mario Kart is more of a party racing game, which i would say is more fun then generic racing games, but at the same time requires skill and some tactic/strategy.
The graphics cannot improve. If it does, those newer games with better graphics cannot be played on the old DS, only on the DSX (what you call).ALL THOSE THAT SAID SOMETHING SIMILAR
When has the Gameboy Color been able to play Gameboy Advance Games? Or has the N64 been able to play GameCube games? -_-"
A DSX. what's that supposed to mean? ALL THOSE THAT SAID SOMETHING SIMILAR
The DS Lite is an improved version of the DS, like GBA SP is to the GBA. The proposed DSX by the threadmaker is a proposed next handheld, like how the GBA is to the GB Color.
And next gen handheld/consoles always are improved over the old ones (if not a total revamp), when did you ever see them becoming worst? -_-"
Finally, Nintendo can't do that, DS was just released two years ago. ALL THOSE THAT SAID SOMETHING SIMILAR

Maybe i have high expectations for what makes a good game, but i see from the list of the upcoming release, from PS3, XBox360 and Wii, and only about 7 good games for each system are gonna be coming out until the end of the year.
I'm sure nobody buys a console just for what's coming up next, but also for it's current library of games. The DS has released for quite a few years already, and it's good to say it has got a good library covering a wide variety of genres, the other systems also has lots of gems in their current library.
And this games will make the system worthwhile, even though the upcoming lineup isnt really good.
o_O This topic will most likely get locked.
GBA -> GBA SP
DS -> DS Lite
The next Nintendo Handheld would probably be something like GB Color>GBA. Most likely improved visuals, wider screen, touchscreen that is capable of sensing multiple touches, and maybe a different cart. And like how they made past Nintendo handhelds, it would probably have backward capabilities to the DS.
And i surely wont be saying that it's so bad that it's a disappointment.
But, if you felt that it's a disappointment yourself, then Gamespot's review would probably sound right to you.
Famitsu rated it 9/9/9/9 and IGN 8.3, and i think it's a good game to buy.
