Yup. The game that was built from the ground up for the DS, improved graphics and animations, and added interesting new mechanics actually scored lower than the games which are GBA remakes.
...I call shenanigans.

It even shocked me to see that they gave the game a "disappointment" award WTF I call BS to that

I dunno. I've beaten the game, and the lack of development of Apollo as a character (as well as a feeling that the game should have had a 5th case... it's hard to explain) make it hard for me to say that it's better than its predecessors as far as story goes. Not to mention that the forensics weren't quite as well-implemented as they were in Rise From the Ashes in the first game.Of course it got a 7.0. The changes implemented in each successive title aren't radical enough for them to not consider it recycled material, IMO.bluezy
im sorry, fans, but QFT. and added the fact that it was "mr. 7 to 7 point 5 thomas" reviewing it... everybody knows he always rates games low.
I'm only in the middle of the first turnabout, but I agree with the review so far. It's possible that the game will improve, of course, but so far I find that it lacks the humor and personality of the first three games. I like it, needless to say, but the whole 3D evidence thing isn't enough to make up for the fact it doesn't have the spirit of past games.
