Yep Party Rock Anthem is one, but I still love it. But I have to say Last Friday Night - Katy Perry, every single shop I walk into I hear it, heel every hour I have to listen to it in work and its stuck in my head.
I think under the influence had more to do with this. Whats the big problem with talking on the phone? Is it because you are only driving with one hand, as 90% of us do anyway? Or is it the act of communication? Should we not talk to a passenger in the seat next to us too?
I'm thinking the former, because you are allowed to talk on the phone if you use a bluetooth headset.

The reason why its illegal to talk is not because of the only having the use of one hand, but because studies have showen that talking on the phone while driving dramatically decreases your reaction time. It's also the same with blue tooth headsets and most countries have bans on talking on the phone while driving full stop thanks to these studies. Whereas talking to someone beside you is different because they share in the experience of driving and will be aware of traffic so if the driver fails to see something the passenger probably won't and can warn the driver.
