This game looks friggan incredible, rumor is it's the new Unreal Engine. ILM is also helping with the development of this one too.

I just unsubscribed because the game was becoming very boring and increasingly difficult to play solo or mostly solo because of the dropping subscriber base. Have a bunch of heroics I can't finish and it's almost impossible to sell items in the Galatic Trade Market when no one's around to buy anything. I enjoy the game a lot but at this point I feel like I'm wasting my money. I'll return if they consolidate servers and add a better LFG function.

Always loved the Alien series, hopefully Gearbox doesn't screw this up, looks promising though. In the mean time I'll be checking out Prometheus.

As long as it's not Windows Live I'm okay with it. After using Origin for a while it's not that bad. Not nearly as good as Steam but it does manage some things well. Still hate the required Battlelog login for BF3 though.

Wow, this is a hefty list here. For all these features I imagine a grand for the next Xbox.

The problem is that technology advances at such a rapid pace these days that it may no longer be viable to own a console in the near future. It costs Sony and Microsoft so much to develop these things nowadays. Forget about releasing a new one every couple years to keep up with technology improvements. Epic abandoned the PC market years ago in favor of higher console profits and now they're wondering where the hardware is? Read some of the articles on Nvidia's website and you will see where future technology lies.
