Bay's no spring chicken himself, he's 30. His numbers actually declined last year, and this year he's hitting 215. with RISP. Manny is still the best right handed batter in the game. Anyone trying to spin this trade is dellusional.
It's hard not to have favorites. Right now I like XBL and achievements more then the other two's offerings so I buy all of my multiplats on 360, but that doesn't change the fact that I think MGS 4 and SMG are the best exclusives this gen.
It's the most wonderful time of the year.... It's going to beautiful to see Bay and his 215. avg w/RISP. Even better then the Red Sox giving away Manny, but they hurt an already shaky bullpen, and didn't fill any holes.
Does anyone else think Kojima decided to punk out of killing Snake just so that he can be used as a surprise Codec caller to Raiden in the inevitable MGR series?
I also liked how Raiden now has regenerative powers because of all of the nanomachines, basically translating to doing away with the archaic ration eating health system, for that upcoming MGR game.

It doesn't really look like the Pirates are getting much quality back in that deal for Bay. They asked for Fernando Martinez and Heilman from the Mets, and I heard they wanted Kennedy and/ or Austin Jackson from the Yankees, if they flopped Bay for Nady.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks so. It starts out as a solid tale of Military oppression, and diverts to a cookie cutter -esqe sci-fi story about AI , that was trying it's hardest to be convoluted for no real reason. By the time the post credit "chapter" rolled around I could honestly care less. Snakes suicide was a great finisher, ruined by Kojima's need to drag out more nonsense.
