Damn, never thought we'll see Gabe talking about Half Life again

Black Mesa is a damn solid game and an actual remake built from scratch. A lot has changed since I played it in 2012. Current final edition is a great game in itself. Gunplay has improved a lot since its last big release.

Hahahaha. Just saw ponies breaking PS4s on youtube in anger. Ponies are most insecure fanboys on earth. This is great news for everyone, and it means TLOU2 will also release on PC because it was also reported to be coming to PC along with HZD last month

Depends on success of Alyx. If it's successful, there is no doubt that we'll see new IPs, Half Life and Portal. Valve is back in town.

They went for a bit slower and horror focused experience this time around. Episode 3 titled "Return to Ravenholm" was supposed to be that way. Seems Episode 3's features landed here. We also saw leaked files for canceled Half Life 3 prototype which suggested that the game will have some sort of weapon upgrade system. Seems like those features were included here as well. Valve is trying to take the story in the direction of horror and darker plot it seems.

This makes no sense whatsoever. Both options are available and have been implemented well from what we've seen. "Made with this in mind. With that in mind. bla bla". Oh plz.

Holy crap. This actually looks really really good. I wasn't sure about teleporting but actually looks pretty decent. Not to mention there is option to move freely. Damn, it sucks that I don't own a VR headset. But would definitely get it once it becomes affordable for me.
